Terms and Conditions (Your statutory customer rights are not affected.) 1. DEFINITIONS Seller means Cordvale Limited PO BOX 39703, LONDON, W4 4YE. Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed. Supplier means Cordvale Ltd. International Customer shall mean, Customer from outside the UK. 2. GENERAL These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Cordvale Ltd, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer. 3. PRICE All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified. All prices are exclusive of postage and packing for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated. 4. PAYMENT Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods. Major credit cards as listed: Mastercard, Visa, Delta. Cheques made payable to Cordvale Limited. 5. PASSING OF RISK The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined below. 6. DELIVERY For all UK orders all you will pay is £6.55 which will be added to the total. Delivery date:Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 28 days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. Cordvale Ltd, cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with their agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the consumer a refund. SHIPPING All products are sent from our suppliers. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined below. PASSING OF RISK When goods are delivered through our suppliers, the Customer bears the risk, once the goods have been signed for. For other delivery methods, the Customer bears the risk once the goods have left our suppliers' premises. 7. ACCEPTANCE The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a reasonable time after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customers statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Cordvale Ltd shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. 8. RETURN PROCEDURE If you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item so long as they are in the condition they were delivered to you, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will also inform you when the refund has been made to you. Refund will be made within a week of receiving the goods from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We make every effort to ensure the product ordered arrives to you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or service, then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. In cases where the goods are rejected within 14 days, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to supplier before the refund or replacement can be issued. 9. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. Cancellations can be made with Cordvale order line on 0800-389-3248. 10. LAW These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law.
